    241/91 Express Connector Project

    The Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), in coordination with Caltrans, Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), is proposing to add a direct connector from the State Route 241 Toll Road to 91 Freeway Express Lanes.
